Commercial Construction Travel General Superintendent (Great Lakes Region)
Just this week a premiere commercial builder had their Division Manager reach out seeking a General Superintendent to join their organization. Ideally someone with ground up Big Box, commercial multifamily or medical experience is needed for upcoming projects and to help round out the team. If you are a commerical General Superintendent that likes to travel the Great Lakes and central parts of the United States and you can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, and surpass client expectations, let's talk confidentially.
Qualifications
* 14+ years proven track record in commercial construction, experience in building quality Big Box, tilt wall, steel structures types, either ground up and/or tenant improvements; additionally looking for someone with strong multifamily experience
* Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
* Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
* Industry consistent work history
* Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
* Carpentry experience preferred
* Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
* Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
