Warehouse Associate – Distribution Center

Location: Chandler, AZ

Compensation: $17.50 per hour + Overtime Opportunities

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Overview

A leading distribution facility in Chandler, AZ is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily operations. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity in a clean and safety-focused environment. No prior warehouse experience is required—training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation
• Unpack, inspect, and store inbound materials
• Process returns and handle defective items as directed
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus (not required)
• Visual acuity may be required for inspection tasks
