Estimator – Commercial Roofing (Maryland Office)
Full-Time | Base Salary + Benefits + Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, photos, and site conditions to develop precise project estimates

• Perform detailed takeoffs for TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, coatings, and reroof projects

• Create comprehensive scopes of work and material lists

• Collaborate with vendors to obtain pricing, product options, and lead times

• Partner closely with project managers, sales, and leadership to support competitive bid strategies

• Prepare proposals, budgets, and change orders

• Manage deadlines for public and private bid submissions

• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and industry safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

• Proficiency with estimating tools (Edge, Bluebeam, or equivalent)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy
