Description - Calendar management - Taking meeting minutes - Note takings skills (meeting minutes is an essential part of job), utilizing word or excel (pivot tables, ability to create graphs, understand the data they are putting in). - Event planning - organizing staff engagement events, meeting events where they will organize lunch for the group, they will map out how we are going to do it seating arrangements,etc. - Manage budgets for projects and events they are supporting. - PowerPoint (will roll up to exec team, need to be more than proficient at using). Provide feedback on presentations and chair up with directors to help create presentations. - Type of projects: support directors on quarterly business reviews, making sure action items are complete, assist with planning workshops from start to finish. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
